CONDO RULES:
No smoking! If you must, please do so on the lanai and properly dispose of the butt. Maui is very dry, so please properly dispose of your cigarette butts while on the island.
Suntan lotion stains the fabric. Please use a towel to separate you from the furniture.
When removing towels, boogie boards, snorkels, glasses, silverware, etc., please bring them back. You may be charged for lost or missing items.
Use the hose located on the lanai or outside the gates at the pavillion to rinse feet, snorkels, boogie boards, etc. Direct sun is bad for the boards and snorkels, please take good care of them.
Lockup when leaving the condo. Do not leave valuables in your car including glove box or trunk.
Don’t lose your keys. There is a $50 lock out charge.
Leaving food out is an invitation for creepy-crawlies.
The disposal does not handle pineapple rind, papaya seeds and rind, or sugar cane. Please dispose of these in the trash. Always rinse disposal thoroughly with cold water during use.

Check out time is 11 a.m. There is a $75 late check out fee. Make arrangements ahead of time if you need a late check out.
