CONFIRMED GUESTS: Your reservation is made for the number of guests listed unless otherwise authorized by Jennifer Yoder. Your reservation is subject to immediate cancellation or additional charges if you have more guests than listed or than the property allows. PROPERTY DAMAGE: you are responsible for damages to the condo caused by you or your guests, including excess cleaning charges. KEYS: There will be a $50.00 charge per key not returned. There is also a $50.00 lock out charge. (Return the key to the lock box to prevent locking yourself out!) LIABLILITY AND LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS: Jennifer Yoder is not responsible for any injuries to persons or for personal items which may be lost or stolen from the condo. NON-SMOKING PROPERTY: THE CONDO IS NON-SMOKING! ALL SMOKING LAWS APPLY. PARKING: Spaces are available in front of the condo on the street and in the parking lot on the side and back of the building. PARTIES: No parties, weddings, etc. allowed on the property without written permission. TELEPHONE: Condo has phone block which requires guests to use calling cards for long distance. Calls throughout Maui are local. PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND DAMAGE DEPOSIT POLICY: A $200.00 deposit is required to make a reservation. Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and 45 days for holiday bookings. Deposit less $50.00 is refundable if cancelled prior to final payment. Once final payment is made, deposit and final payment are not refundable. An additional $200.00 will be charged at the time of final payment. This $200.00 will be refunded to you after the cleaning crew lets me know that there were no damages. If extra cleaning or damages occur, the amount will be taken out of the $200.00. The rental agreement and contract must be returned with $200.00 within 10 days of verbal reservation or reservation will be cancelled.
